All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Made to measure items are processed within 15 business days. If we send you a request for additional information (measurements or colors for example), additional processing time might be required as we have to wait for your answer.
If we have a high volume of orders, there might be additional delays in the processing as some items are produced only after the order is received. Postal services problems are also outside of our control and could result in additional delays in the shipping of your order. We will try to keep you informed by email if one of these situation occurs.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time for each option should also be displayed.
Free shipping : Some smaller items that can be shipped by standard mail are available for free shipping. If your order only contains eligible items, free shipping will be offered at checkout.
We offer international shipping to the United States of America.
If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to countries outside Canada and the United States of America.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Atelier Boreal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Free shipping for orders over 150$
We offer free shipping in Canada and United States for all orders over CAD 150$ before tax(es). The shipping and delivery of these orders is fulfilled at our discretion. We will use Purolator, DHL, UPS, USPS or Canada Post to get the order to you.
This offer excludes remote locations and oversized items/overweight items ( single or combined items to one order), as defined by our shipping partners
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
